A Custom Home Design Drafting Process “Designed to Please”

While this website includes a small sample of the homes I have designed, I can provide many, many more residential drawings, whether we meet at my office or at a location more convenient to you (within about 60 miles of Madison, please).

My only goal is to make sure you get the home of your dreams. That’s why our Home Design Process carefully addresses all stages of successful home architectural design planning:

• 1st meeting
  We go through a pre-designed checklist to get a thorough idea of what you’re looking for: windows, building materials, features, casing sizes and any special requirements you can think of, including any photos or sketches you provide.
• 2nd Meeting
  I present you with a Preliminary Plan based on the checklist.
• Review and Update
  During the 2nd and all subsequent meetings, we review the plan and home design drawings, modify the checklist as needed and update the plan as often as necessary.
• Once Completed
  We’ll provide Detailed Architectural Drawing Home Plan your contractor can use to put together complete building material requirements and pull necessary building permits.
• Large Format Copier available for multiple copies of final technical drawing / home plan
